The Career Colleges Trust has approved two Career Colleges to open at Birmingham Metropolitan College in September 2016. These will be specialising in Creative and Digital Technology and Professional Services.
Both these specialisms have been proposed to meet demand of the local economy and to address the skills shortages being seen in the area.
BMet is one of the leading providers of further and higher education in the West Midlands, providing education and training for 30,000 students each year.

“These are really exciting times for education and the West Midlands generally. We are really looking forward to being part of the delivery of Career College, which will undoubtedly pave the way for us to expand further our wide range of courses for young people across the region.
